影响蒸汽锅炉品质的因素有哪些?

燃气蒸汽采用两回程的结构设计,使燃料得到了充分燃烧,热效率高。此外,锅炉在运行过程中的烟管内插有扰流片,使得排烟速度减缓,增加了换热量,为用户降低了大量的使用费用,那么影响蒸汽锅炉品质的因素有哪些呢?
 1、锅水浓度
在锅炉内沸腾的水中有很多气泡,随着锅水浓度的增加,气泡的厚度也不断加厚。锅筒的有效空间则减小,气泡破裂时所溅起的细小水滴就会很容易被向上流动的蒸汽带出,从而使蒸汽品质恶化,严重时会产生汽水共腾现象,并带出大量的锅水。

3、蒸汽锅炉水位
